Guangzhou Shenghe Furniture Co., Ltd. has reached a deepened cooperation agreement with the People's Government of Wenquan Town, Conghua District.

On August 22, 2018, the People's Government of Wenquan Town, Conghua District, Guangzhou City, announced the winning bidder for the office furniture procurement tender at the Guangzhou Public Resources Trading Center. The winning bidder was Guangzhou Shenghe Furniture Co., Ltd., and the transaction amount was 1,822,991 yuan.

Shenghe Furniture was named among the Top 50 Outstanding SME Suppliers for China’s 2017 Government Procurement of Office Furniture.

According to information compiled and released by the Ministry of Finance, in 2016, the scale of government procurement nationwide continued to grow rapidly. The nationwide government procurement figure, calculated using a consistent methodology, reached 2,573.14 billion yuan, an increase of 466.09 billion yuan over the previous year, representing a growth rate of 22.1%. This accounted for 11% of total national fiscal expenditure and 3.5% of GDP. As an important category in goods procurement bidding, office furniture has seen its tender amounts steadily rise along with the overall expansion of government procurement. With supportive policies, small, medium, and micro-sized office furniture enterprises have achieved relatively good development.
